Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Services to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent copilots, conversational AI applications, workflow automation solutions, and Generative AI-powered business applications.

This role requires strong development expertise, experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered copilots and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build and manage intelligent workflows and AI applications using Azure AI Foundry.
Develop and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Services and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Create and optimize conversation flows, intents, topics, entities, and knowledge sources.
Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, and third-party systems through APIs.
Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge management.
Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, governance, and performance.
Monitor AI application usage, analyze user interactions, and continuously optimize solution effectiveness.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
Experience implementing solutions using Azure OpenAI Service and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and conversational AI design.
Experience developing enterprise chatbot and virtual assistant solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and web services.
Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Understanding of cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure.

Development Skills

Experience with C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
Experience with API development and integration.
Familiarity with Git-based source control and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
Experience with Azure Cognitive Services.
Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event-Driven Architectures.
Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Understanding of Agentic AI and autonomous workflow orchestration.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience.
Proven experience in AI solution development, chatbot development, or Generative AI implementations.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications in production environments.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Master's degree or AI-related certifications will be an added advantage.
