Role Summary:

Work directly with business and product teams to identify high-value problems and design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real-world workflows. This role combines agent engineering, product thinking, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Problem Framing & Solution Design- Break down complex business problems into AI-solvable

components, translate requirements into workflows, tools, and data needs, communicate solutions to

technical and non-technical stakeholders

2. Agent Design & Development - Build agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, implement multiagent architectures (ReAct, supervisor models), optimize for latency, cost, and accuracy

3. RAG & Knowledge Systems - Design end-to-end RAG using Copilot, work with vector databases

(Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector)

4. Memory Architecture - Implement short-term and long-term memory systems, optimize context handling

and continuity

5. Enterprise Integration- Integrate agents via APIs, MCP, and enterprise systems,

6. M365 & Business Applications - Build agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps,

Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint

7. UX & Product Thinking- Design usable and intuitive AI experiences.
