What the AI Must Do
Version 1 Requirements
Answer member questions using our methodology
Ask coaching questions
Guide shadow work exercises
Recommend breathwork sessions
Recommend meditations
Recommend hypnosis scripts
Recommend workbooks and resources
Generate personalised journal prompts
Generate future self exercises
And give feedback and questions ad answers just like I would to help them reframe, release, process, understand and give the technique to help them,.
