What You'll Do

Design and develop agent-based AI solutions that automate and enhance business processes.
Build and deploy intelligent workflows leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
Establish the foundational architecture, tooling, and operational standards for a growing Agentic AI ecosystem.
Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, and engineers to identify opportunities and deliver innovative AI solutions.
Create scalable, secure, and reliable AI platforms that support enterprise adoption.
Develop monitoring, governance, and observability capabilities to ensure AI solutions perform effectively in production.
Build reusable frameworks, tools, and accelerators that enable rapid AI development and deployment.

What We're Looking For

Experience in software engineering, platform engineering, AI/ML engineering, DevOps, or related technical disciplines.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, or intelligent systems.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where you can help define the future state.

Preferred Experience

Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
MLOps, AI governance, observability, and production AI operations.
Building enterprise-scale AI platforms and solutions.
