Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative AI Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered agents and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in full-stack development, Azure cloud services, AI integrations, and modern backend technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to build scalable AI solutions, automate workflows, and integrate enterprise applications using modern AI tools and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered agents and automation workflows.
Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Entra ID, etc.).
Integrate AI models and APIs such as Claude API, OpenAI/Codex, and managed AI agents.
Work with Microsoft 365 integrations including Graph API, SharePoint, and Teams.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Ensure structured QA testing and smooth deployment processes.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

Strong experience in full-stack web development.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.
Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or C#.
Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks.
Experience building with at least one AI agent framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
Knowledge of database design and management.
Experience in AI/Agent development and prompt engineering.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft 365 / Graph API integration.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integrations.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Experience in finance or real estate domain projects.
Exposure to managed AI agents and automation platforms.
