You’ll work on cutting-edge Agentic AI and RAG-based systems, building scalable, cloud-native solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools. The role offers end-to-end exposure, collaboration with strong technical teams, and the opportunity to solve real-world, high-impact problems (especially in healthcare) while growing into advanced or leadership roles in AI

Job Description:

1. Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK, enabling autonomous and multi-agent workflows.
2. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including:
3. Search & retrieval strategies
4. Context-aware generation
5. Guardrails for safety and compliance
6. Evaluation frameworks for accuracy and performance
7. Develop and manage data pipelines and integrations using SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of structured and unstructured data.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Cloud-native solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
9. Apply DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring, and automated deployments for AI/ML applications.
10. Leverage modern AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc., to improve development productivity and code quality.
11. Implement and integrate search and indexing solutions (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr, Azure Cognitive Search) to enhance retrieval efficiency in AI applications.
12. Contribute to machine learning model development, evaluation, and fine-tuning to improve system intelligence and performance.

Must have:

1. Expertise in at least one agentic development framework - ADK/LangChain/Langgraph/CrewAI
2. Hands-on experience in implementing RAG solution - Search & Retrieval, Generation, Guardrails, Evaluation
3. Experience in working with SQL and NOSQL databases
4. Functional DevOps knowledge
5. Experience working in Cloud environments - preferably GCP
6. Actively uses and knows AI developer tools - Claude/Codex/Github copilot

Good to have:

1. Experience working with search platforms - Elastic, Solr, Azure search
2. Expertise in machine learning
3. Frontend development

Location: - Remote (Willing to travel to client locations as needed)

Education: -

Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
